⚠ The RAADS-14 is a brief screen derived from the RAADS-R, validated in an adult psychiatric population — not a diagnostic test. It is built to be sensitive, so it deliberately over-flags: many non-autistic people, especially with social anxiety, also score 14 or above (a higher cut-off of 23 separates autism more cleanly). A score below 14 does not rule autism out, particularly for women and late-identified adults who mask. Treat any score here as a reason to look further — ideally with the fuller RAADS-R and a professional — never as a verdict.
