A score at or above the 134 cut-off, or a high dimension, is a meaningful signal worth exploring — but it does not by itself mean you are autistic, and a lower score does not rule it out. Its real value is the profile across six dimensions, including the camouflage and sensory areas older tests miss. Use it as a rich starting point for understanding yourself and, if you wish, for a conversation with a professional — not as a verdict.
